At Mercedes-Benz Consulting, we initiated a groundbreaking shift towards AI-based internal knowledge management with “MARIE” – Mercedes-Benz Artificial Intelligence Embodied Agent. Serving as a digital assistant, MARIE provides us with a more effective and efficient means of accessing information, eliminating the need for employees to search through various systems or consult colleagues.
This innovative move towards a “Single Point of Knowledge” allowed us to surpass our competitors, leading to our victory in the “Digital Solutions” category. We take pride in this achievement and are excited about how MARIE is reshaping our approach to internal knowledge transfer.
