Welcome aboard: From signing the contract to the welcome e-mail to the first day of work, our onboarding process accompanies our new hires from day one. You will get comprehensive information and insight into the world of MC. Naturally, you will have an experienced mentor from among our employees, who will always be there for you in word and deed.

Developing the best strategy together

Learning, maturing, improving: One thing we know for sure: there’s always something to learn. Growth, digitization and new trends make it all the more important never to stand still. And this requires the right setting and the right support. Custom development offerings are therefore an essential component at MC. For our consultants, we offer series of qualification training that matches their experience. We assist our aspiring trainers in comprehensive trainer education and certification on the path to full competence. For all MC employees, we rely on the concept »see it — do it — learn it« and integrate targeted on-the-job actions for their further personal and professional development.

Growing through feedback: Annual employee interviews are an important part of MC culture. Here, we assess performance together, discuss expectations for the coming year, and designate goals for development. Moreover, there are regular rounds of feedback and employee surveys.

Together, we can reach the goal faster: Building knowledge and sharing it — those are the two effective strategies for faster progress.
