The Mercedes-Benz luxury strategy @ Mercedes-Benz Consulting
With the new overall strategy of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we as a part of the group were also faced with new aspects and questions concerning the “Luxury” arena.
As a strategic partner within the group, we assist the specialist departments in deriving actions from the new luxury strategy. This is why the possible potential for our consulting and training business was also analyzed at the same time.
One of the first matrix-organized MC teams was put into place, including staff from all MC business units.

What was challenging for you during the project?
To take account of many different aspects simultaneously and developing the project alongside everyday projects.

Luxury comprises are great number and variety aspects. But the customer always has to come first.
What does the future have in store?
Further consulting and training projects, which we are very much looking forward to.
