Suat is a developer at Mercedes-Benz Consulting – but he doesn’t develop applications, he develops people! As the head of Digital Learning, he has successfully built a team that provides consulting on education and digitalization to all internal clients. Very cool!
“In the last 24 months, we grew from two to twelve team members. All our decisions are made democratically, and every team member can bring their own ideas. From planning our tasks to selecting our projects – we act as one unit. As the team leader, I act as a coach, supporter and visionary. I am proud to have built up a completely new field in our company together with my team.
Our approach is to support education and development by applying appropriate technology and modern methods. These are great areas of work that spark enthusiasm both for internal and external clients! ” he says.
Suat’s advice if you want to start your career at Mercedes-Benz Consulting: “Just do it. Be courageous, bring new ideas, and don’t be afraid to try new things. We learn from each other every day.
