The BestPersAwards were held in Siegen, Germany, on June 2, 2022 – and we came in third overall!

We’re especially proud of our first-place ranking in the “HR Organization” category. But we were called to the podium for other categories as well: We came in second in the categories “Recruiting” and “Leadership & Communication”, and took third place in “Compensation & Benefits” and “HR Digital”. “The award is a fantastic confirmation of our HR strategy and a great incentive to continue our innovative HR work oriented toward the future and, above all, toward the employees,” enthused Abbey and Anja from the Human Resources team, who accepted the award in person.

Under the direction of Dr. Volker Stein, the University of Siegen has bestowed the BestPersAward for over 30 years now to honor outstanding personnel work among middle-sized companies.

The companies awarded must undergo a comprehensive scientific analysis of the professionalism and sustainability of their personnel management.
