Our employees’ health and wellbeing are our greatest asset. This statement takes absolute priority here at Mercedes-Benz Consulting, and has now been confirmed through the external audit “Healthy Employer 2022/2023” by the international market research institute EUPD Research. We’re very happy to have received this renowned award!
The award is based on Germany’s nationwide Corporate Health Evaluation Standard (the CHES model) and certifies exemplary corporate health services and offerings.
The evaluation looks at exemplary corporate health management, along with advice on mental health, medical services, occupational safety and many other parameters. In addition to the award, the audit culminates in targeted recommendations for action and follow-up measures for further developing health management. This supports further sustainable expansion of health services.
This is also how Ingo Steinicke, Head of HR, describes it: “In the past, we were able to establish a sound company health management at our company. The award as Healthy Employer 2022/2023 underscores and confirms our efforts. It encourages us in our vision for targeted expansion of heath support measures for our employees.
