On June 14, 2018, it was time again. With the motto “#SG10” ServiceGipfel 2018 opened its doors with a new design and at a new location, the former airport in Berlin-Tempelhof, Germany.
ServiceGipfel (“Service Summit”) is the largest, cross-brand internal service event for Mercedes-Benz Germany and celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
For three days, approximately 200 exhibitors presented their offerings at informative exhibition booths and in topic-specific touch points to more than 11,500 participants on an open campus. Various lounge areas also offered a chance to talk about new projects and to network across topics.
Our MC team was represented in the “Dealership Experience” area. Here, visitors could experience a virtual test drive in the eMotionSeat, dive into the Virtual Retail Lab, discover artificial intelligence in customer contact, and be reintroduced to qualification, consulting and process simulation.
For MC, the event was a great success, and we are very happy we took part. We not only refreshed existing contacts, but also made new ones, positioned our topics and interacted with visitors.
The lucky ones even went home with a pair of our coveted fan specs just before the start of the World Cup games.
