On October 6, 2015, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in Ostwürttemberg jointly hosted a lecture with Mercedes-Benz Consulting on customer orientation: ‘Greater Market Success in Customer-Oriented Sales’.
This lecture closely examined individual sales processes and phases. It was followed by lively discussions among almost 40 attendees from a variety of industries.
They unanimously agreed on one point. Continuously refocusing sales processes is a key factor in success. Building a customer-oriented business demands much more than awareness of one’s weaknesses. Processes must be continuously realigned with customers and their needs. The ‘Real-Life Management’ lecture series was attended by managing directors, sales directors and employees.
