Mercedes-Benz Consulting is again supporting semester projects at universities. At the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Munich, students have spent four months working on ideas and concepts on various topics in the fields of “Digital” and “Lead Management”. Altogether, 10 teams of master’s and bachelor’s degree candidates grappled with future challenges such as Customer Journey and Touch Points, Automotive Sales Lead Management, Big Data CRM Applications, Website Design and Social Media Campaigns.
In another collaboration, with Stuttgart Media University, students researched how customers perceive an online store’s website, what their expectations are, and what their user experience is when dealing with the online store.
All projects are assisted by our technical experts in close cooperation with the universities. At the end, the students have the opportunity to present their results at Mercedes-Benz Consulting in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany. For participants, this was an excellent chance to get to know each other better and make useful contacts.
