Sustainable personnel management is gaining ever more significance and contributes considerably to climate protection. Many of our processes and concepts are already sustainable and underpin our transition to a green services portfolio. In addition to economic goals, however, sustainable personnel management is focusing even more on the ecological and social dimensions.

We want to continue aligning our actions, processes and services consistently with sustainability and to create a good balance for our company between what is ecologically necessary and commercially feasible. For this reason, with HRMgreen certification, we have embarked on the path toward becoming a “Green House of Choice”. The goal is to establish ecologically sustainable personnel management that supports, accompanies and advances the organization on the path to a Green New Work.

In September 2021, we officially completed two of the four expansion stages of HRMgreen: “HRMgreen internal” and “HRMgreen Concepts”. One more milestone on our way to becoming a sustainable company!

Our next step will be to shine a light on our HR processes and those of other divisions to examine and further optimize their ecological suitability in order to complement our certification with the expansion stages “Green Company” and “Green World”.
