Many of our processes and concepts are already sustainable and underpin our transition to a green services portfolio. In addition to economic goals, however, sustainable personnel management is focusing even more on the ecological and social dimensions.
We want to continue aligning our actions, processes and services consistently with sustainability and to create a good balance for our company between what is ecologically necessary and commercially feasible. For this reason, with HRMgreen certification, we have embarked on the path toward becoming a “Green House of Choice”.
