“The right offer at the right time in the right place.” With this vision, an interdisciplinary swarm team launched the Mercedes me Care project. The aim was to offer Mercedes-Benz customers a digital platform with attractive premium services that go beyond Mercedes-Benz AG’s after-sales business.
At the beginning of this year, the vision became reality when the team launched the Mercedes me Care app in South Korea. It is a lifestyle app that offers Mercedes-Benz customers digital premium services in combination with state-of-the-art technology solutions. The app is supplemented by an exclusive customer loyalty program from Mercedes-Benz Korea Ltd. Assisted by a recommendation engine, the user receives individually tailored offerings for a luxurious customer experience.
With a broad spectrum of expertise and consulting services, we supported the Mercedes me Care team in the various phases of the project. For example, as part of a comprehensive pricing study at the beginning of the project, innovative approaches were derived for pricing digital services. Everything from conceptual development and creation of a KPI dashboard to planning and holding workshops in application development completed the consulting portfolio.
