Connect, Learn, Network together – under this motto and in the spirit of the social intranet, we spent a fantastic evening on June 17 with about 90 community managers, users and fans of the Daimler platform at our MC Center in Stuttgart.
The idea must have struck a nerve, because the event was fully booked in just four hours. We rolled out Social Intranet Night together with Digital Life@Daimler.
What was the goal of the first #SINight?
Make using the social intranet more professional – with the following three focus topics:
- Exciting insights on the “Social Intranet Numbers”: How many users are there, for example? And what is the best (and worst) day for a post?
- A peek behind the scenes in “The Fluffy White Mystery” best practice, the first social intranet campaign,
- Practical hacks and tricks for greater productivity.
Naturally, the first #SINight couldn’t do without the first social intranet wall: More than 30 contributions under our hashtag ran live over the screen during the evening. We were happy that, despite perfect beach weather on a Monday evening, all 90 participants were so engaged and then took time for networking, pizza, drinks and music.
