Under the motto “WE.DRIVE.CHANGE.”, we all came together face to face for the first time in about two years to celebrate our 25th anniversary on June 30 and July 1, 2022 in Bamberg.
“WE.” stands for reunited, for seeing each other again, for interpersonal exchange with each other, and for getting to know the new colleagues who started with us over the past two years. “WE” also stands for our corporate culture, our values and our responsibility – within the company, society and the community.
“DRIVE.” stands for a peek backstage at Mercedes-Benz Consulting. At our diversity of topics and the projects we have rolled out and still do, a look into our ideas, technologies and innovation prowess.
“CHANGE.” stands for yesterday, today and tomorrow. “CHANGE” is for the successful development we have achieved as a company over the past 25 years. It is for our continuous change, our agility, and the visions and strategies that we constantly continue to develop for mutual success in the future.
WE.DRIVE.CHANGE. could be felt in every corner every day. From the presentations to the large and small team events, to the Chill & Grill together during the summer evenings. Naturally, there was also live music at this event, provided by our colleague Holger and his band and a DJ who drew us to the dance floor for hours.
“It was absolutely great to see how happy people were to see each other again, and how much fun we all had,” enthuses CEO Stefan Herbert. “We’re very proud of the whole team devoting so much heart and commitment to the success of our company and customers – yesterday, today and tomorrow.”

Of course, the topic of sustainability was also close to our hearts at this event. Therefore, from planning to organization to implementation, we made sure to design every aspect of our anniversary event to be as environmentally, socially and economically sound as possible. CO2 was compensated for by planting trees in our existing “MC company forest” at Treedom.
