November 2021
On November 23, 2021, for the 12th time, WirtschaftsWoche honored Germany’s best business consultancies. This year, again, two of our projects were among the winners.
For the project “Online to Offline Measurement With Google Store Visits”, we were awarded third place in the Marketing category. The “Store Visits” project in collaboration with Google and media agency AMQ has the purpose of creating a connection between online interaction (e.g. advertisements) and store visits.
The data provide a look into the relevant details over the timespan between an advertising click and the actual point of sale visit, as well as the distance between the customer and the dealership. Moreover, the expenses for generating a store visit can be evaluated for optimizing future campaigns and sales structures.
With the project “Experience the Difference – a Digital Learning Journey” we were honored with another award in the Organization category. The “Experience the Difference” format has run every year since 2017. However, to continue the outstanding series of events during the pandemic in 2021, the established, practical event had to be fully digitized in short order. The result is an exciting, varied digital learning journey in an event for 1,000 participants.
“What a great award!” project managers Julia, Isabel and Jessica from Mercedes-Benz Consulting enthused. “Both projects show that we offer top level customer-centered consulting and implementation,” explains Julia, Senior Consultant in Digital Performance. “With Store Visits, we are setting a new milestone in data- and digital-driven marketing.”
The event “Experience the Difference – a Digital Learning Journey” has also set a new benchmark. “For us and our customers, this project was a perfect supplement to physical events.” It has given rise to a type of educational series with a new brand essence,” said Jessica, Senior Trainer in Customer Service Training at Mercedes-Benz Consulting.
The official awards ceremony took place in Düsseldorf on November 23 in strict compliance with the currently applicable protection and hygiene measures.
