“Showing passion – giving our all”. This was the motto of 24 workshop teams with 84 participants from various Mercedes-Benz dealerships and Daimler branch offices who faced an expert testing committee of Mercedes-Benz Consulting Academy trainers and concept developers from March 15 to 18, 2016. All the participants had one goal – to become Germany’s best Mercedes-Benz service team and to qualify for participation in Mercedes-Benz Global TechMasters 2016. Altogether, 30 examiners and participants in the Mercedes-Benz Consulting Academy sought the best of the best in action and determined the winners in the passenger car, truck, smart and transporter categories. After their victory, they were duly celebrated and were rewarded with a trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia, where 12,500 Daimler employees have been preparing for the E Class’s market rollout.

For the second time, design and implementation of the “Best of Service Team 2016” was fully in the hands of the Mercedes-Benz Consulting Academy. After last year’s big success, Mercedes-Benz Consulting again received the contract from Mercedes-Benz Vertrieb Deutschland and Mercedes-Benz Global Training. Their expertise and great commitment made a crucial contribution to determining Germany’s best Mercedes-Benz Global Training service team. This year was the 12th time the competition took place.

In full keeping with the “Best of” theme, the Mercedes-Benz Consulting Academy team proved themselves a competent partner in professionalization programs, once again demonstrating their professional expertise and strong competence in the field of training.
