This year again, two of our customer projects were awarded Best of Consulting 2019 by WirtschaftsWoche: the big data project Customer Experience Analytics won in the Technology category, and the project Global Search Initiative in the Marketing & Organization category.
“We’re hugely pleased with this win,” Wiebke Loogen and Kristin Marhoffer agree. “Receiving this kind of honor for our customer projects is something really special,” Loogen says. “And it confirms once more that we intervene exactly where our customers have pain points and use individual solutions and special expertise to show them new paths, create more transparency, or make their customer journey more palpable,” Marhoffer adds.
The vision of the Customer Experience Analytics big data project is to represent the Customer Satisfaction Index in such a way that management and markets can intuitively derive patterns and draw conclusions based on comparable data. This ensures that strategic decisions in sales and after-sales are data driven.
The Global Search Initiative project’s goal was to reveal all Google search queries on the topic of utility vehicles. Anyone looking for a transport vehicle should buy a Mercedes-Benz van. Thirty-four markets were analyzed and classified as “basic”, “advanced” and “expert”, according to their maturity in search engine marketing. Based on their level, the markets received individual qualification and consulting.
The Best of Consulting title is awarded by WirtschaftsWoche every year. Germany’s consultancies are reviewed and honored for their project successes – this year for the 10th time.
