Mercedes-Benz Consulting is completing its most successful project ever. After more than 2,600 training sessions with over 20,000 participants, we can look back with pride on the success story of the “Autoline Branch” project.
The project’s goal was to introduce the Autoline dealer management system to all German branches. Mercedes-Benz Consulting was contracted for the job, starting with consulting on the qualification concept, training design, participant management, training organization and execution, as well as training evaluation.
The training concept was aimed both at various target groups and at the special rollout conditions that were to ensure controlled work operations at the branches, despite the comprehensive training effort.
